Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Routindo mobile and web application (the “Service”), operated by Hamid Keshmiri (“Routindo”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Service.

2. The Service

Routindo helps you create routines and reminders and track their completion. You can use it anonymously or with an account. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• Provide accurate information, and keep your email address up to date so you can recover access.
• Anonymous accounts are tied to a single device and may be lost if the app is uninstalled or its data is cleared before you sign up.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• abuse, harass, or infringe the rights of others.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Routindo (your routines, completions, and settings). You grant us the limited license needed to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

6. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, and branding — is owned by Routindo and protected by law. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service; no other rights are granted.

7. Plans, subscriptions, and billing

Routindo is offered on a free plan, and on an optional paid plan (“Routindo Pro”). Plans differ in the features they include and in their usage limits — for example, how much you can create, or how many devices one account may be signed in on. The limits that apply to each plan are described where the plans are presented, in the app or on our website, rather than in these Terms.

We may introduce, change, or remove plans, features, and limits. Where a change would materially reduce what a paid plan you are currently paying for provides, we will give notice before it takes effect. Where a plan limits the number of devices, signing in on a further device may end the session on another.

If you go over a limit — because you moved to a plan with a lower one, or because a limit changed — we will not delete content you have already created for that reason alone. Access to content above the limit may be restricted (for example, it may become read-only), and you may be unable to create more, until you are within the limit again.

Routindo Pro is a subscription that renews automatically

Routindo Pro is offered on a monthly plan and a yearly one. What each costs is shown in the app, and again by Google Play, before you buy — in your local currency where the store supports one, with any tax added or included according to where you are. Prices are not listed in these Terms, for the same reason the plan limits are not: so that changing one never requires changing this document.

Your subscription renews by itself. At the end of each month or year it renews for another one of the same length, and you are charged again at the then-current price, until you cancel. There is no free trial.

Google Play takes the payment, not us. You buy Routindo Pro through Google Play, using the payment method on your Google account, and Google is the seller. We never see or store your card details. Your purchase is also subject to Google Play’s own terms.

How to cancel. Cancel at any time in the Google Play app, under Menu → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions, or from the “Manage plan” link in Routindo’s account screen, which takes you to the same place. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and you keep Pro until that period runs out. To avoid being charged for another period, cancel at least 24 hours before the current one ends.

Refunds. Because Google takes the payment, refunds are handled by Google under Google Play’s refund policy, and we are not able to issue one directly. If you think something has gone wrong, write to us at contact@mail.routindo.app anyway — we will help you sort it out, and we can ask Google to refund you in cases where that is possible.

If the price changes. We may change what Routindo Pro costs. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for. If the price goes up for a subscription you already have, Google will tell you in advance and ask you to accept the new price; if you do not accept it, your subscription simply stops renewing rather than renewing at the higher price.

If your subscription ends — because you cancelled, or because a payment could not be taken — your account returns to the free plan and its limits. What happens to anything over those limits is described above: we do not delete it.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Routindo is a personal organization tool and is not a substitute for professional, medical, or safety advice; do not rely on it for critical reminders.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Routindo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or CAD $20.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

Where we can, we will tell you before we suspend or terminate your access, and why — unless acting immediately is necessary to protect the Service or other users. Suspension or termination does not by itself delete the content in your account. If you want a copy of it, email contact@mail.routindo.app and we will send it to you.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario.

If you are a consumer, none of that takes away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, or your right to bring proceedings there where your local law allows it.

13. If part of these Terms cannot be enforced

If a court or another authority decides that part of these Terms cannot be enforced, only that part is affected. It is treated as removed, and the rest of these Terms stay in force. Where the law allows it, the removed part is read as the closest version of itself that can be enforced, rather than dropped entirely.

14. Transferring these Terms

You may not transfer your account, or your rights under these Terms, to anyone else. We may transfer these Terms to another person or company — for example if Routindo is sold, or if we move it into a company we form. If that happens your rights under these Terms stay the same, and we will let you know.

15. If you installed Routindo from the Apple App Store

This section applies only if you got Routindo from the Apple App Store. It changes nothing for anyone else. Where it differs from the rest of these Terms, this section is the one that applies to you.

• Who this agreement is with. These Terms are between you and us. Apple is not a party to them. We alone are responsible for Routindo and everything in it. Nothing here conflicts with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• What your licence covers. You get a non-transferable licence to use Routindo on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as allowed by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Family Sharing and volume purchasing may allow other people to use it as well.
• Support. Any maintenance and support for Routindo comes from us. Apple has no obligation of any kind to provide maintenance or support for it.
• Warranty. Any warranty is ours, not Apple’s. If Routindo fails to meet a warranty that applies to it, you may tell Apple, and Apple may refund what you paid for it. Beyond that refund, Apple has no warranty obligation whatsoever, and anything else that follows from the failure is ours to deal with.
• Claims about the app. We, not Apple, deal with any claim that Routindo or your use of it fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, causes harm as a product liability matter, or breaches a consumer protection or privacy law.
• Intellectual property claims. If anyone claims that Routindo infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are responsible for dealing with that claim.
• Where you are. You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a United States Government embargo, or one the United States Government has designated as supporting terrorism, and that you are not on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• How to reach us. Send any question, complaint, or claim about Routindo to the contact details in section 16.
• Other companies’ terms. You must keep to any third-party terms that apply when you use Routindo.
• Apple’s right to enforce. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept them, Apple has the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
