Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account for Routindo (package app.routindo), published by Hamid Keshmiri, and what happens to your data when you do. You do not need the app installed to make the request.

Delete from inside the app

This is the fastest route and it needs no one's help. In Routindo, go to Account → Delete account, type delete my account to confirm, and tap Delete account. The deletion happens straight away and we email you a confirmation afterwards.

If you cannot open the app

If you have uninstalled Routindo, or you can no longer sign in, email contact@mail.routindo.app with the subject Delete my account, from the email address the account was created with. We will confirm the request and delete the account for you.

What is deleted

Deleting your account erases:

Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no undo, and we cannot restore an account or its history once it has been deleted.

What is not erased immediately

Server logs and encrypted database backups are left to expire rather than edited, so a deleted account's records can persist in them until they do. The backup retention windows are set out in the Privacy Policy. Information our advertising partner has already received is held under its own retention policy; deleting your Routindo account does not recall it.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You can delete individual routines in the app at any time — open the routine and choose Delete routine, which removes it and its history. If you want other data removed without closing your account, email contact@mail.routindo.app and tell us what you would like deleted.
